Electronic Compliance with Regulations
HDMA supports an environment where all regulatory requirements and other
transactions between industry and state and federal governing officials are
conducted electronically. Therefore, HDMA will advocate and support any state
or federal government initiatives that allow industry to respond electronically
to compliance requirements, and will seek out appropriate tools and otherwise
facilitate electronic compliance capabilities in the healthcare industry.
