Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to the HDMA Meetings & Conferences Department by Wednesday, October 26, 2011 for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Registrations are transferable among individuals within the same company
