Scott Bradford currently manages reverse distribution for McKesson and its healthcare provider customers, including the return of products to the manufacturer. Bradford’s 17-year career with McKesson includes positions focused on centralized transaction processing, field operations and financial planning and analysis. He has spent the last 11 years working in the area of reverse logistics. Prior to McKesson, Bradford worked for six years with Deloitte & Touche and the freight forwarding industry. Marjorie DePuy is HDMA’s Director of Industry Relations. She supports the work of the Returns Task Force, the e-Commerce Task Force, the Contracts and Chargebacks Working Group and the Health, Beauty and Wellness Committee, providing project management and educational program development. With her support, these committees have published work designed to help HDMA members and their trading partners increase their business efficiencies, decrease costs and enhance relationships across the healthcare supply chain. DePuy also is HDMA’s key contact for the joint industry Rx Response initiative, and recently helped to develop a new educational program on pandemic and emergency preparedness. Before joining HDMA, DePuy supported industry initiatives at the Grocery Manufacturers Association, including the launch of a cross-industry educational forum on the future of food and internal strategic planning. Marjorie earned an MBA with distinction from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA from Hamilton College, and is an active volunteer in the Washington, D.C. community. |

Fri most recently served as Vice President of Industry Relations and Program Development for the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA). Prior to joining HIDA, Fri was a consultant for The Hale Group. He was also Vice President of Industry Alliances for Instill Corporation, and was the Director of Supply Chain Management for NWDA (now HDMA). Fri holds a BA in History from the University of Maryland. |

She was promoted to Regional Pharmacy Supervisor in 1999 and transitioned to her current role in 2006. In addition to overseeing Shopko Pharmacy's Reverse Distribution program, Dr. Fusselman assists Shopko pharmacists with their participation in a variety of "Safe Disposal of Drug" programs. |

Prior to GENCO she worked in various regional and executive management positions within healthcare and pharmacy. Prior to Smith Drug, Frank was a corporate trainer in the area of Communication and Leadership Development; Smith Drug was one of his business clients. His current responsibilities include the “people side” of business performance, along with business process improvement. Currently Frank’s involvement with HDMA includes serving as co-chair of the Returns Task Force, a member of the Returns Drivers Project Team and the Looking Forward in Reverse Logistics Seminar Program Advisory Board. |

He has 35 years’ experience in water resources related environmental studies, including water quality and wastewater monitoring, flood management and emerging contaminant research. He has designed and implemented extensive water quality programs that include biotoxicity monitoring, pathogen identification and sediment/water quality interactions. Magruder has provided professional consulting services to the Environmental Protection Agency and Indiana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. Martin moved to the Walgreen corporate offices in 2005 as Supervisor of Drug Database and was named Manager of Pharmacy Inventory in 2007. She is a registered pharmacist in the state of Illinois. |

Marsha Millonig is the President and CEO of Catalyst Enterprises, LLC, a health care consulting firm dedicated to creating change. Prior to forming her company, Marsha worked for the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) — heading the philanthropic HDMA Healthcare Foundation — as well as the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS).
A practicing pharmacist and pharmacist immunizer, Millonig has worked with both independent and chain pharmacies. She holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Maryland. She also completed the American Society of Health System Pharmacy (ASHP) Executive Residency in Association Management.
Millonig is a published author; her newest work, “100 MTM Tips for Pharmacists” was published by APhA in 2008. |

In his current position, he is responsible for merchandising, marketing and supply chain issues, as well as non-pharmacy research and education. He also has been involved in a number of the Association's major initiatives over the past 10 years, ranging from health care reform to anti-counterfeiting of pharmaceuticals to store-level execution to EPC/RFID.
Prior to NACDS, Perlowski was a Sales Executive for the Eastman Kodak Company, as well as with the Bic Corp. He is a graduate of Allegheny College and attended executive development programs at the Kellogg School of Business Management and Cornell University. |

After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Biology, Ann Pistell went to work immediately in the environmental field. Throughout her career she has worked for the U.S. Forest Service, the Appalachian Mountain Club, the Maine Department of Conservation and the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Pistell was located in the Maine DEP Commissioner’s office for many years, working on such special projects as oil and gas drilling plans for Georges Bank, located off the New England coast. Since 1988 she has worked in the Waste Bureau, where she focuses on mercury issues, pharmaceuticals in the environment and chemicals in schools. |

Phil Schneider has had an extensive management career at the Dow Chemical Company; the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), a major national trade association; the Med-Star Health System, a multi-hospital health care delivery system; and as editor of a daily newspaper.
In 2009 Schneider established Tier One Associates, a strategic counseling firm, after nearly 19 years with NACDS. He most recently served as President of the NACDS Foundation and Vice President of the Association’s External Affairs. While at NACDS, he worked on issues of shared importance to HDMA, including the Y2K preparation and Rx Response — both with the objective of assuring the ongoing capabilities of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
While at the headquarters of the Dow Chemical Company, he brought a strategic approach to public affairs as Dow moved to a new era of public engagement.
As a Principal at Tier One Associates, Phil played a leading role in developing the nationally recognized Dispose My Meds Program at the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). Launched in April 2010 (during the 40th anniversary of Earth Week), more than 1,000 community pharmacies collected more than 8,000 pounds of unused medications. NCPA is continuing the Dispose My Meds Program, with a second planned for October. |
