Please read, complete and sign the Exhibitor Prospectus and Contract. This MUST be received along with your payment by Monday, December 19, 2011 to receive the early bird rate and confirm your booth assignment. You will receive a confirmation detailing your resources and next steps within 14 days of HDMA receiving your completed contract and payment.
How to Register Booth Package Attendees
After completing your exhibitor contract, download the corresponding registration forms for the selected exhibitor package. The completed registration forms must be completed and returned by Friday, February 10, 2012 to be included in the final conference registration list. Click here to register additional attendees
