Room Reservation/HDMA Group Rate - $225
Please make room reservations directly with the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel by calling (410) 385-3000. In order to receive the group rate of $225, please reference the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA).
The deadline for hotel reservations is Monday, February 23, 2009. After this date, the hotel will determine whether or not it can accept reservations at the HDMA Group Rate based on space and availability. All changes and cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel. Rooms cancelled less than five days from the scheduled arrival date are subject to a penalty equivalent to the cost of one night, plus applicable taxes.
