The HDMA DMC room rate is $250 (plus applicable taxes) for single/double occupancy. Reservations should be made directly with the property at 800.576.5750. The group is available 3 days before and after the meeting dates based upon availability. The cut-off date for the special HDMA DMC rate is Friday, May 9, 2008. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. The cutoff for individual cancellations is 5 business days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after that date are subject to forfeiture of the first night room deposit.
