Important PartnerLinx Information
Your company’s Conference Coordinator will receive all information on the Business Partners Exchange and the PartnerLinx program from HDMA. (HDMA has contacted your Conference Coordinator from last year’s conference and/or your key company contact.)

PartnerLinx will coordinate appointment scheduling in four phases:
• Phase I: Distributor Table Topics (Now Closed)
Nov. 14-Dec. 14, 2007: Registration opens and distributor Conference Coordinators may access PartnerLinx to pick table topics.
Distributor member companies must staff a minimum of three tables. After the December 14 deadline, Conference Coordinators from distributor member companies will not be able to make table topic modifications online. Changes needed after the deadline may be made by calling 703-885-0278 or by e-mailing lgallagher@hdmanet.org.
• Phase II: Appointment Requests (Now Closed)
Jan. 11-Jan. 28, 2008: Distributors and manufacturers enter PartnerLinx select and rank business appointments
• Phase III: HDMA to Generate Appointment Schedules (Currently Processing Your Schedules)
Jan. 28-Feb.15, 2008: PartnerLinx generates business appointments schedules for each company
• Phase IV: Appointment Reports
PartnerLinx sends your custom schedule by February 18, 2008
Registration Deadlines
If you have not yet registered for the HDMA 2008 Business Partners Exchange, there is still time! You may conveniently register online through PartnerLinx, or you may mail or fax completed forms and payment to HDMA.
Please note that registering does not guarantee you will be included in the Final Registration List.
The deadline for online registration is Friday, March 7, 2008, close of business. The deadline to submit your individual registration forms via mail or fax is Wednesday, March 12, 2008, close of business.
All attendees must be registered in order to attend the conference.
