Registration Fees

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DEADLINES

HDMA MUST receive payment by the deadlines listed below; only attendees registered by Wednesday, June 6, 2012, will be included in the conference attendee list.

Company Registration: Monday, April 16, 2012

Individual Registration: Wednesday, June 6, 2012

All invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving the final appointment schedule during the week of May 7, 2012.

HDMA ACTIVE DISTRIBUTOR MEMBERS

Active Distributor members pay a flat-fee to register for the 2011 Business & Leadership Conference. The fee is based upon each company’s 2011 membership dues. Registration fee invoices will be sent to each company’s HDMA Board member or primary contact for processing. Conference Coordinators will also receive copies.

There is no limit to the number of individual people Active Distributor members may register to attend the Conference for the single company fee. However, participating distributor companies are required to host a minimum of three tables to accommodate manufacturer appointment requests.

If you are a distributor participating in One-on-One Business Appointments, check with your company’s conference coordinator to make registration arrangements. If you are uncertain of who your conference coordinator is, contact Lisa Gallagher, HDMA Director of Member Services, at (703) 885-0251 for more information. Conference Coordinators fill out the registration form and return it to HDMA.

If you are a distributor planning to attend the conference but do not intend to participate in One-on-One Business Appointments, register online or fill out the registration form and return it to HDMA.

SPOUSE AND GUEST	$200
Spouse/Guest Registration Form

Spouses and guests may register by June 6, 2012 for the Business & Leadership Conference and gain access to the General Sessions, Awards Banquet, receptions and luncheons for the low rate of $200. Please note that the conference is designated as an adult only event.

Cancellation Policy

Company Cancellations
Should your company withdraw from this conference, written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to HDMA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, April 8, 2012 to qualify for a partial refund. A $500 per registrant processing fee applies. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, April 8, 2012.

Individual Cancellations
Individual cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to HDMA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Monday, April 16, 2012 for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Monday, April 16, 2012.

Spouse/Guest cancellations must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed to HDMA’s Meetings & Conferences Department by Friday, May 18, 2012, for a partial refund. A $50 processing fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Friday, May 18, 2012.

Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same company at no additional charge through Monday, April 16, 2012. A $100 processing fee will apply for any transfer requests received after Monday, April 16, 2012.
