PartnerLinx Timeline 1. Conference coordinators from HDMA's active distributor companies register table captains and submit table discussion topics to PartnerLinx 2.0 for targeted meetings with trading partners. Table topic changes and company cancellations will not be accepted after April 16, 2012. 2. Manufacturer and distributor conference coordinators select and prioritize trading partner meeting requests through PartnerLinx 2.0. Service provider companies may be selected for appointments by manufacturer or distributor members. Manufactuer and distributor conference coordinators may make and change requests during this time. 3. PartnerLinx 2.0 will generate your schedule of appointments for the conference during the first week of May. Schedules will be available from PartnerLinx 2.0. Note that your company's registration invoice and HDMA dues must be paid to recieve your appointment schedule.
