Valuable 2010 Business & Leadership Conference sponsorship opportunities are available that provide your company with enhanced recognition and corporate image. The backbone of the Business & Leadership Conference is the computer-generated appointment scheduling system. Last year the computer scheduled more than 7,500 individual appointments for attendees. Your company logo appears on the PartnerLinx website as well as each page of the appointment schedules generating great exposure. As sponsor, your company will enjoy a special VIP table at the awards banquet.

Conference Name Badges and Lanyards - SOLD
The badges are a great way to expose your company name to all attendees at this meeting. Your company logo is printed on the name badges along with the HDMA logo for all attendees to see.

Room Door Keys - SOLD
As the sponsor of the Room Door Keys, your company logo along with the HDMA logo appears on the front of the room keys for all Conference attendees. This four-color room key provides recognition throughout the entire conference.

Final Program/Registration Book - SOLD
This is the handbook of the meeting, containing the schedule at-a-glance, daily schedule, business and social event information, list of registrants and other pertinent facts. Not only is the program used routinely by conference attendees, but it is taken back to the office and utilized frequently. Your company logo is printed on the cover and your corporate ad is printed on inside front cover. As sponsor, your company will enjoy a special VIP table at the awards banquet.

Registration List - (exclusive offering)
The registration list is provided electronically on a USB drive to all registrants and conference coordinators. Registrants continually refer to this list for email and contact information. Your sponsorship will be highly visible, as your logo will appear on the USB drive as well as on the USB splash page and the bottom of each page of the registrant list.

HDMA’s Business & Leadership Conference is a showcase for today’s best line-up of speakers. This black tie event is the awards evening finale honoring manufacturers of pharmaceutical and consumer products for their excellence in new product introductions, product promotions and overall business practices with HDMA distributors.
