Spouses and Guests
Spouses and other guests are welcome to attend the 2007 Annual Leadership Forum.  Please indicate spouse/guest attendance by including their name on the registration form.  All guests are invited to attend all events included in the Spouse & Guest program.  Please note that the Annual Leadership Forum is designated as an adult-only event.

Airline Travel
To make reservations, you may call HDMA’s official travel agency, MacNair Travel, at 703-836-1100. You may also use your own travel agent or call the airlines directly.

Car Rental
Hertz is the official rental car agency for the Annual Leadership Forum. To take advantage of special rates at Hertz, call 800-654-2240 (from Canada call 800-263-0600). Please refer to this code for the 2007 HDMA Annual Leadership Forum: to be provided by VL.

Directions
From Phoenix (PHX): 22 miles

Take 24th Street Exit from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and follow signs to 51 North; stay on 51 North until it ends at Loop 101.  Exit 101 East and stay in the right lane to exit at Tatum Boulevard.  Turn left onto Tatum Boulevard.  You will pass Desert Ridge Marketplace on your right.  Turn right at Deer Valley Road.  The resort is the first complex on left.
