Room reservations should be made with the JW Marriott by dialing 800.835.6206. In order to receive the appropriate room rate, please be sure to indicate that you are with HDMA when you call.
The cut-off date for room reservations is Monday, October 1, 2007 . After the cut-off date, reservations will be accepted at the group rate based on availability. Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 12:00 pm. All changes and cancellations should be communicated directly with the hotel. |
