Florida Pedigree

The Florida Department of Health (DOH) in 2003 changed the state’s licensing requirements for healthcare distributors as a result of the enactment of SB 2312. These requirements include a new pedigree requirement for a list of specified drugs (effective September 1, 2003) and for all prescription drugs (effective July 1, 2006).
