Table-Top Exhibit Opportunities

Exhibiting at this HDMA seminar provides organizations a cost-efficient opportunity to increase their exposure, build relationships, and enhance their image. This seminar is expected to attract dozens of healthcare distributors, retailers and manufacturers for three days of learning and networking events.

Table tops will be visited by attendees during the networking reception, the continental breakfast and the refreshment breaks, providing quality exhibit time.

Exhibitors will be given a 6’ table, draping and identification signage. Table tops may be decorated with exhibitor marketing materials.

  • Non-members: $8,000
