Invited guests must register using the downloadable PDF form. Delaware BioScience Association and Pennsylvania Bio members can register at the Invited Guests rate.
Cancellations
Registration is transferable to another individual from the same company only. Individual cancellations must be postmarked or faxed to HDMA by Friday, June 26, 2009 for a partial refund. A $200 processing fee applies to individual cancellations sent by Friday, June 26, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Friday, June 26, 2009.

Reservations
Please make room reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-228-9290. In order to receive the group rate of $149, please reference the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA). The deadline for hotel reservations is Wednesday, June 24, 2009. After this date, the hotel will determine whether or not it can accept reservations at the HDMA Group Rate based on space and availability.
All changes and cancellations should be communicated directly to the hotel. Rooms cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night, plus applicable taxes.
