Packaging Committee
The mission of the HDMA Packaging Committee (PC) is to develop
initiatives to support the safe and effective distribution of healthcare
products, to serve as an advocate for the wholesale repackaging
community and to create and exchange industry knowledge of interest
to repackagers. The goals of the PC include the following:
- Develop collaborative business models with the
appropriate legislative and regulatory agencies.
- Offer guidance and direction in response to pending legislation
or FDA regulations such as the current bar code regulations.
- Develop appropriate industry standards and guidelines ensuring
a positive impact on repackagers.
