The Center Board of Directors may have up to ten members representing current and former healthcare industry leaders. HDMA's immediate past Chairman of the Board serves as the The Center for Healthcare Supply Chain Research Board Chairman. Terms of office are three years, and members may serve up to two consecutive terms. The Center for Healthcare Supply Chain Research Board of Directors is elected annually by the HDMA Board of Directors.
